Bike Safety Rodeo June 1
Rain or shine, the Beecher Police Department will host it annual free Bike Safety Rodeo for children 13 years and younger, on Saturday, June 1, in the fire department parking lot. Registration is from 8:30 to 9 a.m., with the rodeo beginning at 9 a.m. (No registration after 9:15 a.m.)
Come and join in the fun, while learning about bike safety. Try out the bike safety driving course, and test your skills and knowledge. Don’t forget to bring your parents, your bike, bike helmet, and gym shoes – NO flip-flops or sandals.
All children will have their bikes inspected, helmets checked for proper fit, plus receive a goodie bag at the end of the course. Remember: There’s also a chance you might be the lucky winner of a new girl’s or a new boy’s bike!
